[Working principle and structural characteristics]:
In order to evenly coat and polish the chips on their surface as soon as possible, it is necessary to manually spray the chips in the pot with syrup and mixed pieces in batches. By rotating the pot clockwise, the sugar coated tablets roll, slide, rub and grind in the pot, and evenly distribute them on all chips. At the same time, hot air is passed into the pot to remove the surface moisture of the tablets and obtain qualified sugar coated tablets.
This machine provides a pot body for the sugar coating process, ensuring a stable linear speed to form a logistics curve for the tablets in the pot, in order to meet the process requirements of uniform thickness, bright color, and no pitting of the sugar coating layer.

This machine is a coating equipment that rotates continuously at low speed in one direction. The main motor drives the pot body to rotate through a belt drive worm gear transmission.
② Structural features

Maintenance and Deadline
Equipment damage that occurs upon expiration of the warranty period shall be repaired on site within two days by enterprises within the province and within four days by enterprises outside the province upon receiving notification from the purchaser. The services provided upon expiration of the warranty period are paid services, and a production fee shall be charged for each service.
